Traci Koehler

Traci Koehler has been the Office Manager, treatment coordinator and insurance liaison at Will Surgical Arts since January 2007.  She enjoys working with the patients financial concerns to help them afford their care and work with in their budget.

Traci moved to the Frederick area in 2002 from her hometown of Oglesby, Illinois.

While living in the mid-west, she earned her Associates in Applied Science at Sauk Valley Community College. Traci then worked in a hospital setting for 12 years as an ASCP certified laboratory technician prior to transitioning into private practice administration.  In her free time, Traci enjoys gardening, cooking and entertaining as well as spending time with her husband and son.

Devynn Creitz

Devynn Creitz joined Will Surgical Arts in December 2008 with extensive training and experience in skin care. Devynn is a graduate of Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, which has been awarded the distinction of being the best esthetic school in the nation. As an esthetician, she has been in the in the spa industry for eight years providing patients with treatments that are effective as well as relaxing. Devynn’s goal is to educate patients and give them the tools that they need to rejuvenate and maintain their skin. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering medical esthetic treatments to all of her patients at Will Surgical Arts. In her free time, Devynn enjoys cooking and spending time at her home in Blue Ridge Summit, PA. with her family, friends, Gracie the Pomeranian, and Wilson the cat.

Tracey Shannon

Tracey Shannon is our clinical nurse supervisor who is responsible for patient care during surgery and procedures performed in our office. She is responsible for recovering patients during their post anesthesia care. Tracey assists Dr. Will with patient consultations and pre-op/post op visits. She is CPR and ACLS certified. She is responsible for our OSHA standards, staff education, and managing our clinical details for our surgical center accreditation.

Tracey graduated from Salisbury State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 1993. She began her nursing career at Holy Cross Hospital in Maryland in the cardiac unit and completed several years in their emergency room. She has also worked for a private ambulance company, a cardiology physician practice, and a law firm in Washington, D.C. as a medical records analyst for litigation. She has practiced for a number of years at outpatient endoscopy centers as a conscious sedation nurse during procedures and in post anesthesia care. Tracey comes to us with over 16 years nursing experience and ensures that all patient safety and comfort needs are met.

Bonnie Johnston

Bonnie Johnston is our certified oral, maxillofacial, and cosmetic surgical assistant. She assists Dr. Will with all surgeries and procedures performed in our office. She is CPR certified and radiology certified as an x-ray technician in the state of Maryland. Bonnie helps Dr. Will conduct patient consultations and pre-op and post-op office visits.
Bonnie graduated from San Jauquin Valley College in California in 1989 as a certified assistant. She developed her interest for surgery assisting while working in her externship at Fresno valley Hospital. She has been a certified oral and maxillofacial assistant in oral surgery since 1993. In addition to her oral surgery experience, she has been a surgical assistant for cosmetic surgeries since 1995. Bonnie comes to us with 20 years experience and has been with our practice for one year.

Paris Zlotak

Paris Zlotak lives in Frederick, MD and was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Charm City. She is the front desk receptionist at Will Surgical Arts with the pleasant and caring voice that you hear when calling our office. Paris enjoys interacting with the patients at the front desk and has a great sense of pride as the newest member of our “Amazing Team”. When Paris is not at Will Surgical Arts, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband, children, and Akita. She is very proud of training her Japanese dog to only understand Japanese commands. Paris’s newest endeavor is learning to play golf with her husband as her instructor. Thank goodness he’s a patient man!

Brynn Walker

Brynn Walker is a surgical assistant at Will Surgical Arts. She graduated from SalisburyUniversity in 2006 with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and is also a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist. Brynn currently lives in Frederick with her husband Scott, as well as frequently visiting their home at Deep Creek Lake in western MD. She enjoys outdoor activities such as white water rafting, fishing, snowboarding, and hiking with her german wirehair pointer, Pivo, as well as spending time at the beach.
