Brian Will, MD, DDS

Dr. Brian Will is a proud Marylander who joined Will Surgical Arts in 2025. Dr. Will completed his bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University where he played division 1 lacrosse for the Hoyas. He then returned to Georgetown earning a post-baccalaureate degree in the premedical sciences. He graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2019 at the top of his class as a member of the Omega Kappa Upsilon (OKU) honors society. He then went on to earn his Medical Degree from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he again graduated at the top of his class. He completed a six year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Columbia University New York Presbyterian Hospital completing a one year internship in general surgery, six months of training in anesthesiology, and served as Chief Resident in his sixth and final year. Brian values his time spent training at one of the best and busiest medical centers in the country. Brian has authored more than 10 peer-reviewed articles and text book chapters and continues to have an academic focus.

Brian is the proud son of two accomplished dental and medical professionals, his mother Debbie a general dentist and father Michael an oral and maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon and founder of Will Surgical Arts. He has an accomplished younger brother, Andy, who is the managing partner of a Washington DC-based Venture Capital fund. His wife, Libby, is a dermatologist at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center and they have 4 children Madison, Michael, Josey, and Hayes. They also have two miniature dachshunds, Shrimp and Macaroni.

In his personal life Brian values spending time with his family, fitness, playing any and all sports, going to college and professional sporting events, fly fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Dr. Will maintains a full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery practice including jaw surgery, management of maxillofacial pathology, TMJ surgery, dental extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and pre-prosthetic surgery. Dr. Will is especially experienced in treating medically complex patients of all ages.
